In connection with the fact that the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) has been applicable since 25 May 2018, the company, under the name of Projekta Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością would like to inform you that from 25 May 2018, you shall have the rights specified below, related to the processing of your personal data by Projecta Sp. z o.o. At the same time, based on article 13 of the GDPR we would like to inform your that from 25 may 2018, the following information and rules related to the processing of your personal data by the Company shall be valid.


1. The controller of your personal data is 'Projecta spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością' as entered into the National Court Register – the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number KRS0000489911, kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, using the awarded Tax Identification Number [NIP]: 599-316-87-81, whose share capital is PLN 5 000 (hereinafter referred to in "Company")

3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a.) to enter into agreements for the provision of services – the legal basis for this form of personal data processing is art. 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR,
b.) to conduct legal procedures related to obtaining building law permits,
c.) to fulfil the legal obligations of the Company, based on the general applicable provisions of law, including tax regulations and accounting regulations – the legal basis for this form of personal data processing is art. 6 (1)(c) of the GDPR
d.) to conduct analyses and statistics - the legal basis for this form of personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company (art. 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR); the legitimate interest of the Company is the performance of analysis of the results of conducted business activity,
e.) to pursue any legitimate interest of the Company which consists of the possible determination or pursuance of claims, or in defense against claims – the legal basis for this form of personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company (art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).


4. Recipients of your personal data may include:
a.) IT system and service providers
b.) entities which provide accounting, claims recovery and/or legal and analytical services
c.) postal operators and couriers
d.) electronic payment system operators and banks – in matters related to conclusion of payment transactions.
e.) authorities entitled to receive your personal data based on the provisions of the law


5. The Company shall not transfer your Personal Data to any other third countries.


6. Your personal data will be processed:
(i) in the case of any personal data processed for the purpose of the conclusion and performance of agreements for the provision of services – for the time necessary to perform all the obligations arising from the aforementioned agreements as well as for the warranty and guarantee periods determined in the agreements,
(iii) in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of targetting marketing contentsto you by the Company – until you raise an objection with regards to personal data processing in this respect,
(v) in the case referred to in section 3(e) above – until the expiry of the period of limitation of claims. After this period, the personal data shall only be processed to the extent of and for the time required by the provisions of law, including accounting regulations.


7. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.


8. Each of the expressed consents may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the compliance of the processing performed before its withdrawal with the provisions of law. For the purposes of keeping evidence, the Company shall request the withdrawal of consent in written form using the following address (ul. 9. You have the right of access to your personal data, its rectification, removal or restriction of its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority with regards to the personal data protection.


10. You have the right to transfer your data, which covers the right to receive data and send it to another administrator or to demand, in the case of technical possibilities, the sending of this data directly to another administrator.


11. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the purpose of the performance of agreements. A consequence of failure to provide any personal data required by the Company is the lack of possibility of providing services or entering into sales agreements.
